From one of our last weddings of 2014, delicate winter whites at The Berkeley, London. Our gorgeous bride was the epitome of elegance and we worked together to create the most beautiful scheme, perfect for her wedding.
Initially we met back in the summer, in the gardens of Pheasants Hatch under a tree to keep cool, we had fun browsing through her mood boards, imagining a cool, frosty day in Central London! We used her mood board images as a starting point and from here discussed the key points of the day - developing ideas which quickly became unique and perfect for her, designs which would ultimately set the tone for the church ceremony and later the evening celebrations.
We started with a base of silver and mercury cut crystal glass vases, filling each with abundant, detailed arrangements and petite hand ties with delicate blooms including roses, lisianthus, phlox, astrantia and brunia in whites and silver greys.
The table designs were a perfect mixture of single larger arrangements and groupings of smaller vases, balanced with long stemmed silver and antique glass dining candles and soft glowing votives with tea light candles, which twinkled as the lighting was dimmed, creating the most magical welcome.
Perfectly elegant, feminine and beautifully understated designs.
