Careers

Our team come from diverse backgrounds - events production, photography, advertising, styling, visual merchandising, art exhibitions, carpentry, hospitality, fashion design and (of course) floristry - alongside this diversity, every member of our team shares the same passion for flowers, high level of customer care and a natural understanding of design.  We are a small, very friendly, ambitious company with exciting plans to grow both in the UK and oversees.  We are based in central London (a busy Flower Shop in Selfridges and an Events Studio in Fulham) and in rural Sussex (our Head Office and new Lifestyle team).  We are currently on the look out for the following:

EVENTS PROJECT MANAGER - FULL TIME

Based in our Events Studio, Fulham, London

A key role joining our highly respected Events team, working with some of the world's most iconic brands, extraordinary venues and exceptional individuals.  As well as key business development across both Events and Contracts, working to team targets, you will take full responsibility for projects from onset to production - including client management, interpreting briefs, design concept and communication, budgeting, sourcing and ordering, team management, scheduling and logistics.  You must be highly organised, calm, utterly discreet, passionate and with a wholly positive attitude.  Ideally we are looking for someone with two to three years exceptional event floristry experience; we are though open minded, for the right person we would consider a strong design and/or events production background, without specific flower experience (whereupon we would fully support and train you in the wonderful world of flowers).  Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Please email jemimah@philippacraddock.com (Head of Events) for more information, with a copy of your most recent CV and a covering letter.  All applications will be treated in the strictness of confidence.

SELFRIDGES RETAIL FLORIST - FULL TIME
Based with our team in Selfridges Foodhall, London

Working as part of our strong retail team in one of the world's busiest and most innovative department stores, you will be serving customers face to face, by telephone, email and supporting our online team.  You will have exceptional flower and plant knowledge, be naturally organised and tidy, and you will be able to quickly understand our customers' needs and enthusiastically make recommendations.  You will either just be starting out in floristry (we offer excellent support within our team) or you are already a skilled florist (specifically with hand ties).

Please email francesca@philippacraddock.com (Selfridges Manager) with a copy of your most recent CV, a portfolio showcasing recent work and a covering letter.  All applications will be treated in the strictness of confidence.
