Do I need to do The Base Notes™ before The Bright Line™?
No. The Bright Line™ includes its own foundational work in the first pillar. The Base Notes™ is a wonderful starting point if you want to begin there, but it's not a requirement.

How much time do I need?
The Base Notes™ fits around your life... 30 to 60 minutes a week, or a full-day immersive reset. The Bright Line™ (the Six-Month Programme) takes a few focused hours each week, designed to sit alongside your existing life and client work.
